Anthony joined the Real Estate Industry in 1985 from a General Insurance background and quickly enjoyed success listing and selling residential property.

After continuing his career in the Hamilton market, in 1991 Anthony was asked to establish and manage an auction division for three merging companies. As well as calling auctions, the two key tasks of this role were to assist the team with listing auctions and to train his colleagues on how to secure auction business.

The ensuing seminar was marketed to an outside company in another region. The feedback from that session was a step toward establishing his training and auctioneering business in 1993.

For thirty one years, Anthony has been providing skill enhancement tuition to our industry, covering a wide range of topics with coal face application and reality. He has previously written extensively for New Zealand Real Estate, the industry publication in New Zealand, which has since been rebranded.

Now focusing on tuition, he specialises in building client rapport and trust, process and conversational structure. Following a process provides the pathway to success, together with enabling salespeople to put things into their own words, giving them increased confidence and authenticity.

Attending an action packed programme with Anthony, gives salespeople easy to implement takeaways they can use immediately, assisting them with the many situations they face every day in the field.
